Ian and I worked together at Aylesbury I was a new recruit and Ian took me under his wing and looked after me introducing me to his unique and very funny sense of humour he called me ‘Geordie’ (mark)Connolly and I called him Taff Richards we spent if I remember rightly a lot of time in the ‘arry’ drinking before getting back to the singlemens accommodation at Aylesbury nick , I’m sorry you have passed so young Ian but I know wherever you are you will have them laughing , xx
